Born the youngest of twelve to the late Deacon Malichi and District Missionary Persephone Jones, Supervisor Mother Sharon Blevins is the wife and co-laborer in the ministry to Superintendent Louis Blevins, Jr., Pastor of Latter Rain COGIC in Mansfield, OH; Superintendent of the Mansfield District, and Director to our Prelate Bishop Edward T. Cook of Ohio North First Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction, Church of God in Christ, Incorporated.
Supervisor Blevins is the mother of three children, Allison Blevins Johnson (deceased), Pastor Dr. Michael Blevins, and brother Philip Blevins. Supervisor Blevins is a very proud grandmother.
Her leadership in ministry includes: an Honorary Doctorate of Religious Education, Northeast Ohio School of Ministry; President of The Women’sDepartment of her local assembly, Latter Rain Church of God in Christ; She is founder of the “Save Our Sons Outreach Ministry”; she ministered in the prisons at the RICI Mansfield Campus; she is a national evangelist of the Church of God in Christ worldwide; she served the national Church of God in Christ Prison Ministry during the Holy Convocations; she served 20 years as District Missionary of the Mansfield District, Ohio North First Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction; she also served under this Jurisdiction as: President of the Program Committee Women’s Department; a teacher of the Missionaries National Licensing Training Program; and coordinator of the 49 and Under State-wide Ministry. She is an anointed spokesperson for women's conferences and workshops.
Supervisor Blevins is “A Singer in Her Own Right”.
God has anointed Supervisor Blevins for healing and deliverance ministries; and because of her own personal experiences, she has been gifted to share God’s love and comfort to those that are hurting and grieving.
Supervisor Blevins believes that “As a Kingdom Ambassador”, God’s agenda is her agenda.
